From an intimate wedding dinner for two to an elaborate celebration for two-hundred, the experienced professionals of Kauai Bridal will coordinate and arrange every detail of your wedding reception.

Private Na Hale o Haku Dinner for Two

Celebrate your special day with a private and intimate dinner in the dining room or patio of Na Hale o Haku. Your personal Chef and wait staff will pamper you as you indulge in a fabulous 4-course dinner for two, or opt for the exquisite 7-course dinner menu. Included is a formal elegant set-up in white with fresh floral candle arrangement, bottle of champagne and a 6" wedding cake.

Plantation Banquet Room Receptions

For groups of 25 – 50 persons, the Waimea Plantation’s Banquet Room is a great setting for your wedding reception. The outdoor lanai is a perfect place to gather over cocktails and appetizers before proceeding indoors for the main reception meal.

Na Hake o Haku Cake and Champagne Receptions

You and your guests may enjoy a more informal yet intimate reception with a delightful array of appetizers highlighted with a two-tier wedding cake and champagne service. This is a great alternative for early afternoon wedding celebrations in place of a formal meal, and can be held at Na Hale o Haku or the Plantation Banquet Room.

Na Hake o Haku Tent Receptions

Following your ceremony, guests proceed to the beautiful white tent set-up for cocktails and appetizers while the newlyweds complete romantic photo shots on the beach and grounds. Choose from a lavish buffet or elegantly served Gourmet 4 or 7 Course Dinner. Your Reception Menu Package includes fresh floral centerpieces, a two-tier wedding cake and champagne toast along with complete coordination and on-site assistance by Kauai Bridal’s staff of professionals.

Coordination Fee

Every detail of your reception is handled by the professionals of Kauai Bridal and includes assistance with the following:

  • Selection of your floral centerpieces
  • Cocktail and dinner menus
  • Reception set-up requirements
  • Wedding Cake selection & decorations
  • Bar and beverage options
  • Entertainment
  • Placing of favors, place cards, guest book, etc.
  • Coordination of vendor’s schedules
  • Program outline & timing
  • Reception layout and floor plan
  • On-site assistance

Tent Reception Menu Package

Kauai’s top catering companies feature the unique and exquisite flavors of Pacific Rim cuisine. Utilizing the freshest ingredients from the land and sea, each menu item is carefully prepared and presented in an artful display of color and texture. Please check with your coordinator for detailed menus. Your Tent Reception Menu Package includes:

  • Choice of lavish buffet menu or served dinner
  • Set China, silverware and glassware
  • Fresh floral centerpieces
  • Champagne Toast (One bottle per 5 persons)
  • Two-tier wedding cake (larger weddings include additional sheet cakes for served dinners)
  • Coffee and Hot Tea

Tent Reception Set-up

These white wedding tents are designed for wedding receptions of 20 – 200 persons. The size of the tent will be determined based on the number of people and your program requirements. Your coordinator will work with you to select the best option. All tent set-ups include strategic walls and appropriate electrical and lighting requirements.

Tables & Chairs

Table and chair set-up will depend on the type of meal being arranged as well as the number of guests and entertainment selected. Your coordinator will work closely with you to determine your exact requirements. We offer molded plastic chairs as well as upgraded padded Drake Chairs. Price also includes table cloths, napkins and skirting.

Dance Floor

No celebration is complete without the joyous celebration of music and dancing. Pricing for these wooden parquet dance floors are based on size. Your coordinator will work closely with you to determine your needs.

Stage

For a formal head table or entertainment, stages are available in different sizes depending on your requirements. All stages are skirted and secured.

Specialty Linens

All receptions include white linens included in the price of tables and chairs. For special color requests and accents such as placemats, runners and special skirting, please check with the coordinator for pricing.

Tiki Torches

Add to the ambiance of an evening in paradise with tiki torches decorating the outer areas of the tent and lawn, bringing another element of romance to your celebration.

Areca Palms

Decorate the tent area with tropical potted areca palms. These plants are great for covering up the tent posts and accenting special areas. Minimum order of 6 plants.

Audio/Visual Equipment, Miscellaneous Items

Your coordinator will help you with any special equipment and set-ups that you will require.

Reception Entertainment

A variety of talented musicians are available to entertain you and your guests. Choose from a solo Hawaiian guitarist to a complete Polynesian Show with lively dancers decked out in colorful costumes, a Classical string quartet, a professional DJ to emcee the evening’s program, jazz bands and much, much more. Please check with the coordinator for a complete listing of entertainment options and pricing.

Bar and Beverage Service

Your coordinator will work closely with you to work out the best options for your bar and beverage service. You may choose to purchase and bring your own beverages, while the catering staff serves it up for you, or we will arrange full bar service with a pre-ordered beverage selection. Choose from different packages that include glassware or plastic. We are unable to offer cash bars, and all alcohol ordered must be paid for in advance with no refunds.
